Presence to Peace 3min Meditation

A short & simple 3 minute meditation to bring your awareness and focus to Peace within your body. A great way to end your day before you go to sleep.

This is where elevating consciousness comes in…

It is very difficult to solve an issue from the same level of perception/awareness/consciousness or emotional state from which it was created.

In kinesiology, we can access our subconscious and begin to resolve the blocks and limitations about ourselves or our lives, we naturally have more access to our own creative power to respond and LEAD our lives more consciously.

Rather than be subject to the unconscious and autopilot patterns of our beliefs, traumas and fears, greater inner and outer resources of energy become available to us to live a life that is more authentically our own.

As you can see in the measurable scale of consciousness, Love, Peace & Joy are some of the highest states we can be in and express. This 3min process allows you to intentionally bring your focus to Peace.

We can choose to engage in states (frequencies) that impact our physiology directly (it’s like hacking our internal wiring!). By bringing our focus to specific vibrations we are very intentionally impacting our experience of reality and the body’s physiology to return to rest/digest - a relaxed nervous system state..
